Food Preparation

This month June to be exact, I wanted to really start on eating healthy foods such as lots of protein, green veggies, bell peppers (not sure if I can handle the peppers), fruits, almonds, protein shakes etc.. Although this months shopping experience put me in a awe man moment and I'm still surprised of what I spent already.

So I'm pinning recipes for the meats I bought for a healthier side of tasting with greens as sides vs. variety of rices, mash potatoes, etc. I see this mornining that this will take just a little time for me to study and fit my do's and don'ts into a habit of a second nature eating habit. Let me elaborate, when I purchase fresh meat from Stater Brothers meat case, I do what most people do; season it when you're ready to put it down in the kitchen. My morning thought today was to season all freash meat I get the same day and properly freezer seal for when I'm ready to grill, bake, slow cook etc. Therefore it's one less thing for me to prep for and it'll be well seasoned with that flavor out taste buds look forward to. Now can I actually pull this off when I come from a 2/3 hour shop for groceries? I be too tired! My helpers (my children), puts away all groceries while I chill from that experience lol. Making this good change in my eating habits will aid me to pass eating habit down to my children, especially Junior who sometimes tends to go vegitarian.
