Food Preparation

This month June to be exact, I wanted to really start on eating healthy foods such as lots of protein, green veggies, bell peppers (not sure if I can handle the peppers), fruits, almonds, protein shakes etc.. Although this months shopping experience put me in a awe man moment and I'm still surprised of what I spent already. So I'm pinning recipes for the meats I bought for a healthier side of tasting with greens as sides vs. variety of rices, mash potatoes, etc. I see this mornining that this will take just a little time for me to study and fit my do's and don'ts into a habit of a second nature eating habit. Let me elaborate, when I purchase fresh meat from Stater Brothers meat case, I do what most people do; season it when you're ready to put it down in the kitchen. My morning thought today was to season all freash meat I get the same day and properly freezer seal for when I'm ready to grill, bake, slow cook etc. Therefore it's one less thing for me to ...
